 Keating Home Builders offers a design-build process that allows our customers to build their dream home. By using our network of architects, designers, engineers and subcontractors, we are there from beginning to end.

We meet with our customers both on site and in our office to discuss their ideas, needs, wants, budget and logistics of building their home.

We use the information gathered from the initial meeting, along with our knowledge and experience to navigate the zoning and permitting process, draw up cost estimates and provide the customer with a detailed budget.

Based on our customer’s desires and under our guidance we work through the drafting, reviewing and adjustments necessary to finalize the home plans.

We work to acquire bids  from subcontractors to provide quality workmanship and products within our customers budget and oversee the construction and process of building the customer’s dream home.
